Welcome to the Manager Coach Leader site, which is dedicated to helping managers, and aspiring managers find the best resources to transcend from a manager to a coach and a leader in their role.
Many young managers find themselves being promoted based upon their hard work and great results in their previous role. This is often not enough to be a successful manager. Coaching and leading people is not as simple as many people make it out to be, but fortunately, there is plenty of resources available to help a manager who wants to be more than just a manager. Bringing some of these resources together and providing insight into these topics from the perspective of a young manager can make it easier for another manager to implement.
